Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments of patients
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
3. Provide preventative care and health education to patients and their families

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
2. Board certification in Family Medicine
3. Valid state medical license
4. Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing family medicine
5. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based medicine
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
