Job Title: Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiology team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality cardiovascular care, support physicians in diagnosis and treatment, and contribute to improved patient outcomes in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular assessments, physical exams, and patient histories.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions such as hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and CAD.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests including EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and lab results.
Prescribe medications and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Assist in the management of patients undergoing cardiac procedures (e.g., cath lab, device implants).
Provide patient education on heart health, medications, lifestyle changes, and post-procedure care.
Collaborate closely with cardiologists, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary teams.
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the EMR.

Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
National certification (AANP/ANCC for NP or NCCPA for PA).
BLS and ACLS certification.
Minimum 2 years of cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred.
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
