✅ Job Title: Endoscopy Clinical Manager

✅ Job Description (JD):

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Endoscopy Clinical Manager to lead and oversee operations within the endoscopy unit. This role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, managing a skilled clinical team, and overseeing the day-to-day administrative and procedural functions of the unit.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead and supervise daily endoscopy unit operations, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards
🔹 Coordinate endoscopic procedures, assist in scheduling, and ensure availability of equipment and trained staff
🔹 Supervise and mentor nursing and technical staff, promote team collaboration and professional development
🔹 Monitor infection control, patient flow, and recovery processes to maintain high levels of care
🔹 Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and administrative staff
🔹 Maintain regulatory compliance (JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) and ensure accurate documentation
🔹 Manage inventory of endoscopy equipment and coordinate maintenance/repairs
🔹 Participate in budgeting, staffing, quality assurance programs, and patient satisfaction initiatives

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔸 RN or BSN required (Master’s Degree preferred)
🔸 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an endoscopy or GI lab environment
🔸 Prior experience in a clinical leadership or nurse manager role
🔸 Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures, equipment, and patient safety standards
🔸 Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
🔸 Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation

✅ Preferred Certifications:

✅ BLS and ACLS Certification
✅ CNOR or CGRN (Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse) preferred
