We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Pharmacy Technician to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and another language (e.g., Spanish), and a passion for providing outstanding support to patients and pharmacists. In this role, you will assist with prescription preparation, inventory management, and customer service while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
Communicate clearly with patients in English and their native/preferred language
Process prescription orders, insurance claims, and refills
Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed
Provide guidance to patients on prescription pick-up and general queries
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy laws and procedures
Handle phone calls, documentation, and pharmacy software systems
Support pharmacy staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment

🛠️ Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Active Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or state equivalent)
Bilingual fluency in English and one additional language (Spanish preferred)
1–3 years of experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
Familiarity with pharmacy systems (e.g., PioneerRx, Cerner, McKesson) is a plus
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work weekends, evenings, or rotating shifts as needed
