We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to manage inventory flow and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production, construction, or warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will track, order, receive, and distribute materials accurately while working closely with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production or project needs
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery
Verify shipments, inspect materials, and ensure proper documentation (packing slips, POs, receipts)
Organize and manage material storage areas, including labeling and tracking systems
Update ERP or inventory management systems with real-time material movement
Collaborate with purchasing and planning departments for stock replenishment
Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Follow safety, compliance, and material handling standards

🛠️ Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred in Supply Chain or related field)
2+ years of experience in material coordination, inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations
Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift moderate weight and work in a warehouse or industrial setting
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
