Administrative Manager
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to lead and coordinate our administrative operations. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth internal processes, managing staff, improving workflow efficiency, and maintaining a productive office environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing administrative teams in a fast-paced setting.
Supervise daily office operations and administrative staff
Develop, review, and implement office procedures and policies
Manage office budgets, purchasing, and vendor contracts
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication across departments
Maintain organized filing systems—physical and digital
Oversee compliance with company and regulatory procedures
Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and time-off tracking
Prepare reports, manage correspondence, and ensure data accuracy
Handle facility management, office supplies, and resource planning
Foster a positive, productive work culture
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in office or administrative management
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with HR practices, budgeting, and vendor negotiations is preferred
