Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Surgery Center Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our ambulatory surgery center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinical and administrative functions, maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing patient satisfaction, and driving overall center performance. This leadership role requires strong operational management skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and staff to deliver exceptional surgical care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all operational, clinical, and administrative aspects of the surgery center.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.
Supervise and support surgical and administrative staff.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Foster a culture of patient safety, quality care, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate scheduling, supply management, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with physicians and medical teams to ensure efficient workflows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in surgical services or ambulatory care.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of surgery center regulations and accreditation requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets and operational efficiency.
