Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high quality, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing medical or surgical treatments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Monitoring patient progress and updating medical records
- Educating patients and their families on medical procedures and post-treatment care
- Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BSN or higher degree in Nursing
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
