Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and overseeing the medical team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and evaluating patients' medical conditions
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and symptoms
- Educating patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Assisting with emergency medical procedures
- Providing support and guidance to patients and their families
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
