⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ health conditions.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and vital signs, updating records accurately.

🎓 Qualifications:

Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
BLS and ACLS certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
Prior clinical experience in hospital or specialty care preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
