Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg / Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need, while adhering to all healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess patients' conditions and administer treatments as necessary
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in MedSurg / Telemetry nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
