We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Educator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff, ensuring clinical competence, professional growth, and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Design, deliver, and evaluate nursing education programs, including orientation, continuing education, and clinical training.
Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff to promote professional development and best practices.
Assess learning needs and create customized educational strategies.
Collaborate with nursing leadership to improve patient care outcomes through staff education.
Develop policies, guidelines, and competency assessments in alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Facilitate training in advanced clinical skills, patient safety, and use of new medical technologies.
Stay current with nursing trends, research, and innovations to integrate into practice and teaching.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate in Nursing (DNP/PhD) preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience; prior teaching or education experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Certification as a Nurse Educator (CNE) preferred.
