📌 Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to critically ill or premature newborns, working closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond swiftly in high-stress situations to ensure the health and safety of infants.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
Assist with neonatal procedures, interventions, and life-support measures.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
Educate and support families on infant care, medical procedures, and discharge planning.
Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

📌 Requirements:

Current and valid RN license (state-specific).
BLS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required.
Minimum 1–2 years of NICU or critical care experience preferred.
Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
