Registered Nurse β Emergency Department (ED Nursing)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, high-quality, and efficient care to patients presenting with acute and critical medical conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to stabilize and treat patients effectively.
Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, including triage, assessment, and treatment.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency interventions as required.
Monitor vital signs, recognize critical changes, and respond promptly.
Assist physicians with procedures and emergency treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.
Current and valid RN license (state-specific).
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC preferred).
Minimum 1β2 years of Emergency Department or acute care experience.
Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
