Job Title: Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg / Telemetry team. This individual will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Monitoring and interpreting telemetry data
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Educating patients and their families on their healthcare needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a MedSurg / Telemetry setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
