Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical/Surgical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing patients' conditions and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient progress
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educating patients and families on treatment plans and at-home care
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
