Role: Product Owner
Location: Mississauga, ON - Onsite
Salary: 100-115K/ year + Standard Benefits
· 15+ years of experience
· Able to manage resource who is shared between different assignments
· Able to build process which is easier to build metrics from
· Experience with Metadata tools, JIRA, Risk Measurement, Reporting, Excel Macro
· 2-3 years of experience with Python to build the reporting using tracker used to maintain daily progress
· Experience with Task prioritization, Task tracking, Progress measurement
· Experience with documenting complex requirement, process it to derive tasks for developers, and able to perform delta analysis on new requirements and keep track of it
· Report updates by consolidating updates and provide high level view of the metrics and raise Risk to milestone
· 3-5 years of experience with raise escalation or handle the escalation raised on the team.
· Ensure smooth coordination with stakeholders and developers
· Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
