Job Summary:
Our healthcare facility in Lowville, NY is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses RN ICU to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will provide professional and compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in our ICU. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and use your advanced clinical knowledge to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions and vital signs
- Administering medication, managing ventilators, and performing other critical care procedures
- Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create patient care plans
- Educating patients and their families about their treatment plans and self-care techniques
- Responding to emergency situations and providing emergency care
- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate records
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certified

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
