Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in the Med Surg department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with various medical conditions. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license
- CPR certification
- Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
