Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment, working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educating patients and their families on medical conditions and treatment options
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med/Surg setting
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
