Job Title: OR Circulator - Operating Room / Circulate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled OR Circulator to join our team in the Operating Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the care of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures
2. Assist in positioning and draping patients
3. Communicate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth procedure
4. Assist with maintaining a sterile environment
5. Monitor patients during surgery and respond to any changes in condition
6. Document patient care and procedures accurately
7. Assist with transporting patients to and from the operating room
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current RN license
2. BLS and ACLS certification
3. 2+ years of experience in an operating room setting
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
