Job title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - CPCU
Job Summary: The Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - CPCU will provide nursing care for critically ill patients in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (CPCU) in various healthcare facilities across the United States. This position offers the opportunity to explore new cities, gain valuable experience, and make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and assess patients' health status, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Manage ventilators, IV therapy, and other critical care equipment
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and management
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of medical records
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CPCU or critical care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new environments
