Job Summary:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care in the Operating Room
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor patients during surgical procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Administer medications, maintain sterile fields, and assist with surgical instrumentation
- Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
