Job Title: Clerical/Admin Assistant/Secretary/Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to join our team as a Clerical/Admin Assistant/Secretary/Receptionist. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with various clerical duties.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner

- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel

- Manage office supplies and inventory

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail

- Schedule appointments and meetings

- Assist with data entry and filing

Qualifications and Skills:
