Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health RN
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health RN to provide quality healthcare services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and delivering compassionate care to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conducting initial patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educating patients and their families on proper home healthcare strategies
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
- Documenting all patient care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Health RN
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various locations
