Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg Adult
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for Med Surg Adult to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Med Surg Adult unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment options
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of care post-hospitalization
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical Adult nursing
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and work in different healthcare settings
