Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Clinic Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, assist with medical procedures, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinic setting
2. Administer medications and assist with medical procedures as needed
3. Educate patients on their health conditions and treatment options
4. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
6. Assist with clinic operations, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
8. Adhere to standards of nursing practice and clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of practice
2. Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinic setting
3. BLS certification
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
7. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
