Job Title: Registered Nurse, LPN, Clinic
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse (LPN) in a clinic setting, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
3. Assist with procedures and examinations
4. Educate patients and their families on health promotion and disease prevention
5. Document patient care in electronic health records
6. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
7. Maintain a clean and safe clinic environment
8. Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
9. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Current LPN license in the state of employment
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinic or similar setting
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
6. Basic computer skills
7. BLS certification
8. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
