Job title: Registered Nurse Inpatient RN
Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse Inpatient RN, you will be responsible for providing quality and compassionate care to patients in the inpatient setting. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administer medication and treatments to patients
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and their families on their treatment plans and provide emotional support
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Compassion and empathy towards patients and their families
