We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in both Labor & Delivery and Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing. The RN will play a vital role in providing safe, patient-centered care for mothers, newborns, and medical-surgical patients, ensuring positive outcomes across diverse patient populations.
Labor & Delivery (L&D):
Provide care and monitoring during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum.
Assist physicians and midwives with deliveries, C-sections, and emergency situations.
Educate and support mothers and families regarding childbirth and newborn care.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management.
Medical-Surgical (Med Surg):
Care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage IV therapies.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and discharge planning.
General Nursing Duties:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Uphold infection control, patient safety, and hospital standards.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS and ACLS certifications required; NRP and fetal monitoring certification preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery or Med Surg (both strongly preferred).
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
