Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide mental health services to individuals, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and counseling, as well as extensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. The LCSW will work closely with clients to develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and connect them to community resources to support their overall well-being.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
3. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
4. Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout treatment.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.
6. Advocate for clients' rights and access to services.
7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.
8. Stay current on best practices and evidence-based treatments in the field of mental health.
9. Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
2. Current LCSW license in the state of practice.
3. Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
4. Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and treatment modalities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
7. Proficiency in conducting assessments and treatment planning.
8. Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
