Job Title: Clinic RN (Registered Nurse)
Job Summary:
The Clinic RN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. This includes performing assessments, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. The Clinic RN will also educate patients on their diagnoses and treatment plans, as well as collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by healthcare providers
- Assist with procedures and treatments, such as wound care and injections
- Educate patients on their diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure patient safety and confidentiality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in electronic health records and other healthcare technology
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
