Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our surgical and anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering anesthesia to patients undergoing medical and surgical procedures, monitoring their response, and ensuring a safe and comfortable recovery process. This role demands precision, clinical expertise, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures.
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history, allergies, and medication evaluation.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall patient response during procedures.
Adjust anesthesia levels based on real-time monitoring and surgical conditions.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff.
Manage patient recovery from anesthesia and handle complications or emergencies.
Maintain detailed documentation of anesthesia administration and patient status.
Stay updated on best practices, medications, and anesthesia techniques.
Adhere to strict safety protocols, infection control standards, and HIPAA compliance.
Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and anesthetic agents.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
1–3+ years of experience in anesthesia care preferred (or new graduate fellowship).
