Medical Technician (LPN or CNA/M)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Technician with credentials as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or CNA/M (Certified Nursing Assistant/Medication Aide) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will assist in delivering quality patient care, administering medications, and supporting clinical operations under the supervision of licensed nursing staff or providers.
Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support
Take and record vital signs, height, weight, and other patient data
Administer medications as permitted under CNA/M or LPN scope and training
Monitor patient condition and report any concerns to nursing staff
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist in patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas
Comply with all infection control and safety protocols
Work collaboratively with the nursing and medical teams
Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
Valid state license as LPN or certification as CNA/M (Medication Aide)
Current BLS/CPR certification
1–2 years of experience in a clinical, nursing home, or hospital setting preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina to handle frequent standing, lifting, or patient movement
Hospitals, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, or assisted living homes
Fast-paced, patient-centered environments
May require weekend or evening shifts
