We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) / Medical Technologist (MT) to join our clinical diagnostics team. In this role, you will perform a wide range of laboratory tests to aid in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. Your accuracy and technical expertise will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct complex laboratory tests on blood, body fluids, and other specimens
Operate and maintain analytical instruments and laboratory equipment
Analyze test results and report findings to physicians and clinical teams
Ensure quality control and adhere to all laboratory safety protocols
Assist in test development and validation, as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.)
Collaborate with pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Stay updated with advances in clinical laboratory science and technology

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field
Valid certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred)
State licensure (if applicable)
1+ years of clinical laboratory experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using laboratory equipment and information systems
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to lab accuracy and integrity
