Registered Nurse (Emergency Room Nurse)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Emergency Room (ER) Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing immediate care to patients experiencing critical illnesses or injuries, stabilizing patients, and coordinating with doctors and other medical staff to deliver life-saving treatment in a fast-paced environment.
Perform rapid patient assessments and triage based on severity of condition.
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform advanced life support procedures.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for emergency interventions.
Monitor and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
Respond quickly and effectively during medical emergencies and trauma cases.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, safety, and infection control protocols.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or ability to obtain).
Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
Emergency Room/Trauma Center.
Full-time, part-time, or per diem positions available.
