We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Clinic RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in an outpatient/clinic setting. The Clinic RN will support physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering patient-centered care, focusing on assessments, patient education, medication administration, and care coordination.
Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital sign monitoring.
Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as prescribed.
Assist providers with minor procedures and examinations.
Provide patient education regarding health conditions, medications, and self-care.
Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and patient resources.
Document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately and timely.
Support clinic flow and ensure patient safety, infection control, and quality standards are met.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS certification required.
Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred (ambulatory, clinic, or primary care).
Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
