📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pulmonology and Cardiology Clinic team. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist with diagnostic procedures, support physicians, and ensure smooth clinic operations while focusing on patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions. This role is ideal for an LPN with a passion for both pulmonology and cardiology care in an outpatient/clinical setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients with pulmonary and cardiac conditions.
Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and treatments.
Administer medications, injections, immunizations, and treatments as directed.
Perform vital signs, EKGs, spirometry, and other basic diagnostic tests.
Educate patients on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle changes.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report to physicians promptly.
Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Ensure compliance with infection control, clinic protocols, and safety guidelines.

🎓 Qualifications:

Active LPN license in [State].
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (clinic or cardiology/pulmonology preferred).
Current BLS certification required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience in pulmonology, cardiology, or internal medicine clinics.
