Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) β Long Term Care (LTC)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The CNA will provide essential hands-on care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and comfort. This role is vital in ensuring the highest standards of patient-centered care in a long-term care setting.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
Provide personal care, toileting assistance, and incontinence care.
Take and record vital signs, weight, and input/output measurements.
Support residents in maintaining independence and comfort.
Monitor and report changes in residentsβ health, behavior, or needs to nursing staff.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
Collaborate with nurses and healthcare team to deliver quality care.
Active CNA certification (state-approved).
Previous experience in Long Term Care (LTC) preferred.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
Ability to work flexible shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
