We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Medical-Surgical Adult Services team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for adults requiring medical and surgical follow-up in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on assessment, patient education, care coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history, vital signs, and physical exams.
Administer medications, IV therapy, injections, and wound care as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and document care in compliance with hospital/clinic standards.
Educate patients and families about disease management, medications, lifestyle, and discharge instructions.
Assist with minor procedures and post-procedure care in the outpatient setting.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for care coordination.
Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific).
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of Med-Surg or outpatient clinical experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, IV, and patient education skills.
Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
