Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Athletic Trainer to join our healthcare and sports medicine team. The Athletic Trainer will work with athletes, patients, and active individuals to prevent, diagnose, and treat sports-related injuries, while promoting rehabilitation and safe return to activity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide injury prevention, evaluation, and treatment for athletes and patients.

  • Develop rehabilitation and reconditioning programs tailored to individual needs.

  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare staff.

  • Educate patients and athletes on exercise, conditioning, and safe training techniques.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and progress reports.

  • Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and organizational standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • BOC Certification (Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer) required.

  • State Athletic Trainer License (as applicable).

  • CPR/First Aid certification required.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and rehabilitation skills.
