We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rural Health Clinic team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a rural setting, supporting physicians and advanced practice providers in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to diverse populations. This role requires adaptability, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to community-based care.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care including assessments, vital signs, wound care, immunizations, and health education.
Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Support chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD) through education and follow-up care.
Triage patients, respond to urgent needs, and ensure timely referrals.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic standards.
Provide culturally competent care tailored to rural community needs.
Participate in quality improvement and preventive health programs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

📌 Requirements:

Current RN license (state-specific, active, unencumbered).
Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (primary care or rural health preferred).
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred).
Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rural clinical environment.
Commitment to serving rural and underserved populations.
