Registered Nurse (RN) β Cardiac/Telemetry Med Surg Adult
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Cardiac/Telemetry Med Surg Adult provides comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with cardiac, telemetry, and medical-surgical needs. This role involves close monitoring of cardiac rhythms, administering medications, and coordinating care to ensure patient safety and recovery. The RN collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Monitor cardiac and telemetry patients for arrhythmias and vital changes.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Respond promptly to emergency and critical situations.
Educate patients and families on disease management and discharge care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience in Cardiac/Telemetry or Med Surg units preferred.
Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in high-acuity environments.
Hospital setting β Cardiac/Telemetry/Med Surg Adult unit.
12-hour shifts (day/night) including weekends or holidays as needed.
