Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Primary Care

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Primary Care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff, and support preventive health initiatives in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups.
Conduct patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document findings accurately.
Administer medications, injections, and immunizations as prescribed.
Assist in minor procedures and wound care.
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Coordinate follow-up care, diagnostic testing, and referrals as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in [state].
BSN preferred, ADN accepted with experience.
1–3 years of experience in primary care, family practice, or outpatient clinic preferred.
Current BLS/CPR certification required.
Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Work Environment:

Outpatient primary care or family practice clinic setting.
Regular weekday schedule with occasional weekend coverage as needed.
