We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care to residents requiring rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute services.

You will be responsible for monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, coordinating with physicians and healthcare teams, and ensuring compliance with care standards and safety regulations. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for caring for seniors and patients in recovery.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

• Administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

• Educate patients and families about health management and recovery.

🧾 Qualifications:

• Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Minimum 1–2 years of SNF or long-term care experience preferred.

• BLS/CPR certification required.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Empathy and a strong commitment to patient well-being.
