Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long Term Care (LTC) team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and support nursing staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Measure and record vital signs, intake, and output as directed.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nurse in charge.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Support emotional and social well-being of residents through positive interactions.
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Document care accurately and in compliance with facility and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in [state].
1+ year of experience in a Long Term Care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Work Environment:

Long Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility setting.
Rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed).
