We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our critical care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring safety, stability, and excellent clinical outcomes through skilled monitoring, rapid response, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct critical care nursing to patients in ICU or PCU settings.
Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic status using advanced equipment.
Administer and manage medications, IV infusions, and ventilator support.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist with code situations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-care requirements.
Adhere to all infection control, safety, and hospital policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2–5 years of ICU or PCU experience in an acute care hospital preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and critical patient assessment.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and compassion.

Work Environment:

Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
