We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (PUC Staff RN) to join our patient care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, perform assessments, and ensure patient safety and comfort within the Progressive Care Unit (PUC) or similar clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EMR systems.
Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital safety protocols.
Respond promptly to emergencies and critical patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
1–3 years of experience as a Staff RN, preferably in a Progressive Care Unit (PUC), Telemetry, or Med-Surg setting.
Current BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-acuity environments.

Work Environment:

Progressive/Step-Down Care or Telemetry Unit.
Rotating shifts — days, nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
