We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Telemetry / Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, continuous cardiac monitoring, and support for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac conditions, or acute illnesses in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret telemetry (ECG/EKG) readings and report abnormalities promptly.
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med-Surg or Telemetry Unit.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic procedures.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families about treatments, recovery, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
Follow hospital protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
Respond efficiently to emergencies and assist in rapid response situations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
1–3 years of experience in a Telemetry or Med-Surg unit preferred.
Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
Strong skills in cardiac monitoring, assessment, and patient management.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a team-based, high-acuity environment.

Work Environment:

Hospital-based Telemetry / Med-Surg Unit.
Rotating shifts — including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
