📝 Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will assess, monitor, and manage patients requiring short-term observation or treatment before discharge or inpatient admission.

⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

Assess, monitor, and manage patients in the Clinical Decision Unit.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for patient care planning.
Conduct patient education and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and standards.
Ensure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Monitor lab results, vital signs, and patient progress to make timely interventions.

🎓 Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
1–3 years of acute care or observation unit experience preferred.
BLS/ACLS certification required.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Experience in a CDU, ED, or acute care setting preferred.
